Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with the website Terms and Conditions. FARMLIV INDUSTRIES PVT. LTD. reserves the right to change this policy at any time without prior notice.

If a customer is not satisfied with a purchase, they may request a return within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a reverse pickup where available. If reverse pickup is not available, the customer will be required to send the product back to our facility (address will be shared via email).

Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Please note that this policy applies only to products marked as returnable.

ELIGIBILITY

Only items marked as “7 days returnable” on the product page are eligible for return or replacement.

The customer must return the product in its original packaging, along with all accessories, unused, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase and order number must be provided.

After receiving the returned item and inspecting its condition, we will process the return or exchange. Please allow at least 7 working days from the receipt of the returned item for processing. You will be notified via email once the process is completed.

Customers must contact us at support@bhoomibharat.com for approval before returning any item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Items marked as non-returnable on the product page are not eligible for return.

However, in cases where a product is delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or refund as applicable. We may request photo or video proof before processing the claim.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCT

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending clear photos or videos as proof.

After verification, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund. The decision will be made at our discretion.

In such cases, return shipping costs will be borne by the company.

Products purchased during sales or promotions may not be eligible for return or exchange unless defective or incorrect.

REFUNDS

All refunds will be processed as per this policy. Once approved, refunds are initiated after the returned product is received and inspected.

The refund process typically takes 7–10 working days from the date of confirmation.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must provide bank account details via email at support@bhoomibharat.com to process the refund.

FARMLIV INDUSTRIES PVT. LTD. is not responsible for incorrect refund transfers due to incorrect details provided by the customer.
